On the initiative of the Dieter Schwarz Foundation, the Technical University of Munich operates its own teaching and research site at the Heilbronn educational campus. The campus is under the guidance of “for The Digital Age” and focuses on the opportunities and challenges of the digital age, including in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Computer Science. For the TUM Campus Heilbronn gGmbH we are looking for a Senior Accountant (m/w/d) Finance at the fastest possible time (limited to two years, with the option for extension) in full time or part time. Your duties

Independent processing and coordination of all accounting processes (Creditor, Debitor and Plant Accounting) Implementation and control of payment transactions and receivable management Preparation and testing of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB in cooperation with external partners (e.g. auditors) Development and optimization of internal processes in financial and accounting, taking into account business and legal frameworks Creation of financial reports and business evaluations to support management coordination and maintenance of the main and secondary books and participation in budget and liquidity planning Technical support and, if necessary, guidance of team members Interface function to other departments and external service providers

Complete university studies in the business sector with a focus on accounting/finance or a comparable qualification Multiannual, relevant professional experience in the field of accounting, ideally in the field of higher education or non-profit Knowledge of commercial accounting (HGB) Very good IT skills, especially in MS Excel and common accounting software (e.g. DATEV, SAP, etc.) Embossed analytical thinking capacity as well as structured and self-responsive working Teamability, communication strength and discretion in handling sensitive data Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage
