Technical and personnel management of a technical team and management of the operational daily business Ensuring smooth operation and coordination of maintenance, maintenance and disorder measures Analysis and optimization of processes, plants and operations Planning, control and support of re-, development and technical infrastructure projects Processing of escalation cases and ensuring high service and operating quality Technical support, qualification and further development of employees Participation in budget and investment planning and provision of relevant key figures Ensuring compliance with work security, environmental, fire and data protection requirements

Complete study in the field of information technology or technical vocational training with multiannual relevant professional experience Experience in the leadership of employees and in the technical service environment Good English knowledge of word and writing Knowledge of IT systems and a good understanding of operating and service processes Basic technical understanding in the field of communication, transmitter or network technology Impressed organisational capacity and a high sense of responsibility Basic knowledge of labour law and ideally in the right of establishment
