Real estate acquisition clerk (m/f/d)

Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible for around 13,200 motorway kilometers as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures. In order to support our team in the Department of Law, Primary Education, Public Law, we are looking for you as a specialist (w/m/d) for acquisition at the next time.

Implementation of the basic acquisition of motorway construction measures for the acquisition of property in respect of the areas required for the construction and operation of the BAB: Application of compensation principles and competent determination of compensation values Organisation, coordination, preparation and logging of local dates Compensation assessments in case of intervention in agricultural holdings taking into account the statutory compensation schemes and current case law Examination of compensation claims for loss of operational facilities (e.g. irrigation facilities, wells, harvesting facilities) and calculation based on the time value elaboration of drafts of purchase/acquisition contracts, measurement recognitions, remissions and drafts for utilities, real burdens and pre-purchase rights in consultation with notaries and, where appropriate, lawyer representatives of the contractual partner

Completed study (Bachelor) of the Department of Administration, Public Law, Forestry or Agricultural Economics or a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience capable of carrying out the above activities Professional experience in this area Knowledge and content of the planning guidelines, property and compensation assessment with management-specific guidelines, BBV and LfL estimation guidelines, as well as agri-economic and economic knowledge In-depth knowledge of property and compensation assessment with administrative guidelines (e.g. ImmoWertVO, LandR 2019, WaldR 2000, ZierH 2000) Knowledge of legislation BGB with references to HGB, FStrG, BayStrWG, BayEG, BauGB Routined handling of Microsoft Office Class B driving licence and standby for external services Very good knowledge of German in word and writing That would be desirable: knowledge of GE/Office or a comparable basic and/or property programme This distinguishes you: Embossed social and communicative competence Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action Happy work in the team High resilience, determination and readiness
