• Professional and disciplinary management of the five staff members and their operational planning - planning, control and monitoring of all work processes and production processes in the area of responsibility - Monthly collection and evaluation of energy data for energy report - Participation in the creation of process and work instructions as well as the creation of risk assessments - Training of employees in the area of responsibility - Organizing, controlling and accompanying repetitions - Support and close cooperation with the operational management

• Completed training as an electronic/energy electronics company, preferably the field of plant engineering - it is absolutely necessary to train the state-tested technician or Master training in an electronic profession - good to very good knowledge of German in word and writing - Impressed leadership skills and ability to motivate employees - Economic, solution-oriented thinking and enforcement - Team player and organizational skills - High level of resilience and readiness
