Filial and surface concepts: You create the holistic planning of new food markets as well as the conceptual development of existing sites with a focus on setting up, land use and assortment structure. Market and layout development: You develop economically sound market, area and layout concepts taking into account relevant key figures and strategic targets. Assortment optimization: You plan and optimize assortment concepts to increase sales, yield and customer orientation. Sales analysis & performance control: You analyze sales figures, manage strategic measures for sales promotion and accompany their implementation. Interface management: You work closely with internal specialist departments and external partners and ensure efficient, targeted project execution.

Industry Experience & Layout Competence: You have well-founded experience in food retailing or in the professional shop layout or shop layout. Area planning. Assortment competence: You bring comprehensive knowledge in the food range and understand product structures as well as customer-oriented assortment design. Strategic thinking: You think analytic and entrepreneurial, identify relationships between area, assortment and economy. Appearance & communication strength: You convince by a safe, binding appearance and communicate professionally with internal and external contacts. IT & Planning Competence: You can safely control Microsoft Office; ideally you have experience in handling CAD software or comparable planning tools. Working & team skills: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and at the same time appreciate the close cooperation in the team.
