Then, as a process manager Europe (m/w/d), you play a central role in our company. In this position, you are responsible for the analysis, optimization and standardization of business processes across several European companies and work closely with IT, departments and the international corporate headquarters.

Analysis and Process Optimization Analysis and evaluation of cross-border business processes in Europe Identification of inefficiencies, interface problems and optimization potentials Development of harmonised target processes taking into account local and global requirements Support for standardization and automation of European business processes Project & change management Conduct and support of international process and transformation projects Introduction and further development of systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, workflow tools such as Salesforce, Infor SyteLine, Workday) Management of international project teams and stakeholder management Implementation of workshops, training and change management measures Compliance & Governance Ensuring compliance with European and local regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, quality and industry standards) Building and developing a uniform process governance in Europe Creation, maintenance and further development of process documentation Communication & Interface Management Close cooperation with IT, controlling, management and the international corporate headquarters Moderation between different regional requirements and interests Support in the introduction of global standards and best practices Monitoring & Reporting Definition and monitoring of cross-border KPIs Building a transparent European performance reporting Deduction and follow-up of improvement measures

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, business management, business informatics or comparable Multiannual professional experience in process management, ideal in the international environment Experience in project management across several fields High IT and data affinity Knowledge of European regulations and compliance requirements Safe handling of BPM methods (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN) and corresponding tools German and English skills Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Readiness to travel within Europe (about 20%)
