Accounting Support (m/f/d)

You take care of and monitor all debitor accounts and ensure smooth coordination with internal and external interfaces. With your proactive use in receivable management, you drive the processing of overdue receivables and take over dunnings as well as telephone collections. You can reliably create and book manual invoices and credits according to the specifications of the departments. Through the daily coordination of bank accounts as well as the correct booking of all expenses and income, you ensure order and transparency. You monitor credit limits, ensure their compliance and take over communication and escalation in case of deviations.

You have completed commercial vocational training and ideally have already gained initial experience in debitor accounting. With your secure knowledge in SAP and MS Office, you are well equipped for the daily tasks. Thanks to your communication strength and your organizational talent, you can master complex issues and keep an overview even in stressful situations. Loadability, enforcement capability and a structured way of working distinguish you. Good knowledge of German and knowledge of English complete your profile.
