As part of this part-time job, you are responsible for the active implementation and further development of quality and hygiene management and quality assurance in the facility at our Hans-Sponsel-Haus in Würzburg. They control and coordinate all QM processes in the house. A constructive cooperation with the internal interfaces is a prerequisite. In addition, your tasks include the implementation and coordination of internal audits and, if necessary, also the implementation of care visas and implementation of care and hygiene standards. The promotion and control of permanent improvement processes by consulting employees and carrying out training is of course obvious. They are a trained nursing staff, ideally with additional training for the quality management staff. They have a pronounced communication capability and enforcement power.
