Consultant for the Finance Coordination Unit of the Finance and Organization Department (m/f/d)

Ensure compliance with the FES regarding the right to grant, the right of use and tax law, as well as the conceptual further development of internal rules and the tax compliance management system of the FES Contact person for auditors, tax advice, internal and external audits Creation and further development of evaluations of financial accounting and financial statements Participation in the establishment of balance sheet, financial statements and verification of evidence of use of the FES and over-cost rebate procedures Financial management: creation and testing of reporting to comply with investment guidelines. Preparation of analyses and templates for the Management Board Auditing of bank conditions and monitoring of contract and settlement negotiations Manage, check and unwind of estates, legacy and donations Contact person and advice internally and externally for questions on donations, inheritances/legalities, tax law, public utility law and grant rights Technical advice of department management and department departments

Completed academic studies (M.A.; M. Sc.) of administration and/or economics with a focus on tax law or comparable knowledge, skills and experience, or completed university studies (B.A.) as a tax specialist Very good knowledge of tax law desired Multiannual relevant professional experience desired Very good knowledge of the funding structure of the political foundations Very good knowledge and relevant experience in accounting and compiling annual accounts Very good knowledge of the right to benefit, right to grant and tax Very good analytical skills Structured and independent operation High sense of responsibility and team-oriented working High level of communication capability and very good written and oral expressiveness Impressed organisational capacity, initiative and willingness to deploy Very good handling of the common office programs Good English knowledge of word and writing
