Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

In your team, you develop and implement data products and reports, in particular in terms of the new and further development of damage, and contract applications. In doing so, you continuously expand your specific and academic expertise. You translate existing solutions into a modern data analytics landscape. In addition, you will create new tailor-made solutions that make the company decisively progress. Through an efficient work organization, you support the smooth cooperation between the Controlling, the various departments and IT, taking into account the relevant project and timetables. In an overarching project team, you support the identification and use of relevant data sources and ensure high-quality integration of the data used for precise modeling and analysis. In addition, you identify, implement and cultivate new technologies and methods in the field of data analytics. The aim is to improve efficiency and the quality of the analyses and data-driven decisions in a sustainable manner. You act as a competent contact person for the various stakeholders and support them through outcome presentations (e.g. by dashboards) and advice on data-driven decision-making processes. The design of processes with AI and the resulting possibilities is also part of your tasks.

You have a completed degree (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) in (economic) mathematics, computer science, physics, data science, statistics or a comparable discipline. In addition, you draw a high technical affinity and master at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g. Python, SQL). Ideally, there are already relevant knowledge about Microsoft's data analytics tools. With your commitment, initiative and motivation to face new technical and professional challenges, you are perfectly prepared for the requirements of a rapidly developing industry. Your strong communication and team skills make you a valuable support in the team. You actively contribute to an open and productive working atmosphere. Your ability to think analytic and conceptually and reflect and solve complex problems, completes your profile and enables you to successfully master challenging projects.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. Of course, any overtime that has been completed is paid out or alternatively can be celebrated.
