Creation and implementation of supplier development plans in close cooperation with the strategic purchasing and the Lead Buyer in line with the purchasing strategy of the HÜBNER Group Support and global roll-out of the supplier evaluation system and follow-up of necessary measures in accordance with the supplier statement guide and business guidelines, including Cause Analysis and Correction deriving and implementing action plans to adapt supplier performance to HÜBNER requirements and international standards as well as tracking relevant supplier KPIs internally and locally Monitoring, monitoring and proactive response to changes in the performance of suppliers to ensure timely, quantitative and qualitative fulfillment of orders Conduct regular audits at suppliers focusing on performance, risk management, risk minimisation, prevention and strengthening supply chain resilience as auditor Support of the onboarding process of suppliers in close coordination with strategic purchasing, lead buyer and process owners Guidance and cooperation in the HÜBNER Group's network, as well as ensuring compliance with corporate governance and SQA regulations, in particular with regard to supply chain compliance and CSR

Complete studies of business management with a focus on purchasing/supply chain, quality technology, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering Multiannual experience in purchasing, ideally in a manufacturing, technical industry Knowledge of quality management systems and the development of supplier quality Experience in handling international suppliers and their requirements Excellent analytical skills as well as high affinity for business performance indicators and KPIs Organizational and structured, interdisciplinar working Safe application of auditing methods and tools, as well as very good communication skills, persuasiveness and enforcement
