These are your tasks:

(d/m/w) is for all administrative, pay-related and time-economic tasks in Early Careers and Temps support.

• Own-responsible processing, care and accounting of Early Careers (practice/students/graduates) and Temps
• implementation of (personal) measures such as settings, Relocations and exits
• the establishment and maintenance of regular, time and pay data, and the creation of documents within the framework of more defined administrative processes in Workday and SAP
• Processing of requests and interface to HR Business partners, Departments and executives
• Processing of special operations and subject-specific facts such as tariff increases and one-off payments
• Support in administrative processes
• Phase-wise cooperation in small and subprojects

This distinguishes you:

Vocational training

• commercial training (min. vocational training with long term). professional experience) or
• Personnel businesswoman (min. vocational training with langj. professional experience) or

Studies

• Business (min. bachelor's degree) or
• Economics (at least Bachelor's degree)

Professional experience
