Your tasks include: Commercial project processing examination, confirmation and booking of input and output invoices, including receivable and dunning management of guarantees, insurance and certifications (company and personal) administration at the start of the project, maintenance of commercial documents and master data Project Controlling & Reporting Support for Monthly Closure, Preview and Planning- Implementation of SOLL-IST Comparatives- Participation in Regular Controlling Talks and Reporting on the Commercial Project Stand- Recognizing Deviations and Economic Risks and Preparation of Corresponding Evaluations Contract- & Subsidiary Examination (commercial/contractual) of the services owed, claims of contractors, subcontractors:inside and supplier Communication & administration exchange and coordination with internal specialist departments, project teams, external partners and authorities- Creation of reports, performance reports and project-related correspondence acquisition of project-related special tasks Travel readiness - Occasional operations at the project sites
Successfully completed commercial or technical training, as an alternative to an economic or structural background Multiannual professional experience in construction or commercial project execution desirable Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Knowledge of RIB iTWO are advantageous Analytical, independent and result-oriented operation Technical understanding or willingness to work on technical topics Economic sense of responsibility, reliability and team and communication skills
