We are the central competence center for all legal issues and all tasks relating to compliance, audit, governance and special risk management. Whether it comes to creating contracts, contract negotiations, enforcement of claims, safeguarding management and justice, data protection or handling of damages – we have comprehensive expertise and experience. In addition, we take over central control and design functions in compliance, audit and governance as well as in special risk management for procurement, trade and portfolio management. We ensure that entrepreneurship always takes place legally and at the same time design spaces are used.

Independent processing of complex legal matters, including consulting/representation of internal departments, contract design and negotiation Compilation of legal opinions and preparation and implementation of internal training on legal issues Process management and legal representation of the company as well as coordination and control of external firms Care of insurance contracts, including damage management, risk assessment and optimization measures Premium and contract negotiations, correspondence with external parties, payment processing and provision of relevant data for premium bills and administration

Full jury*in with passed Second State Exam Multiannual professional experience in insurance law and ideally in purchasing law Knowledge of contract law and basic accounting knowledge High sense of responsibility and reliable functioning Very good German and good English skills
