Responsibility in receivable management: You take the professional processing of ongoing and partially cancelled loans and thus contribute to the financial stability of our customers. clarification of payment problems: In direct communication by phone, e-mail or letter, you will assist our customers as a competent contact person and help them overcome payment difficulties. Your goal is the sustainable solution of open demands. Efficient process control: By using dialer-based campaigns, you optimize the communication flow and ensure a structured processing. Qualified training and professional experience: You have a completed commercial training and already bring relevant experience in debt management, customer service or banking.
