Head of Business Controlling (m/f/d)

Responsibility of income management and ensuring a reliable economic orientation structuring of planning, forecasting and reporting processes as well as ensuring a fact-based, predictive corporate management Creation of transparency on costs, services, investments and results for decision support Creating sound analyses on resource management based on valid key figures for deriving loadable recommendations for management Analysis of plan-actual deviations to ensure the necessary achievement of targets and action tracking Control of tasks via the derivation of concrete measures together with the departments up to the accompanying them in the implementation Identification of result drivers and setting of early control pulses Close cooperation with the sales controlling to ensure consistent control understanding Steady coordination of operational and sales performances with the aim of harmonising financial targets Responsibility for the continuous development of BI architecture based on an integrated control system in SAP and SAP SAC (or comparable BI system) Automation and standardization of reporting processes Digitalization of controlling with focus on real-time transparency Increase the expertise of the controlling team to a next level by your appearance as a strong and authentic leadership Promoting analytical competence, digital thinking, self-responsibility and solution orientation Contribution to the further development of a culture of transparency and target orientation

Successfully completed training in the commercial sector or Studies with focus on controlling, finance or business informatics Multiannual professional experience (min. 5 years) in a comparable position with leadership responsibility Found experience in building and using modern BI instruments (ideally SAP SAC knowledge) High numerical affinity and pronounced analytical thinking Good communication skills across all organisational stages and external contacts German knowledge and good English skills Openness paired with independent and structured working View for the detail Fast conception and flexibility Hands-on paired with strategic thinking and communication strength
