You enter and maintain our IT systems and server landscapes and ensure their smooth operation. You monitor and optimize the network infrastructure and secure IT security and data protection. You support the creation and management of hardware and software as well as the user support and IT support of our domestic and foreign subsidiaries. You document and develop our IT processes – focusing on efficiency, security and scalability. You design and conduct training for colleagues to strengthen the digital competence in the company. You work closely with internal specialist departments and external service providers and take over the management of IT projects in perspective.

Complete training in IT (e.g. specialist in system integration) or a corresponding study Professional experience in system administration, ideally with knowledge in IT security, virtualization and network technology Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies (e.g. Microsoft 365, Entra) and virtualization solutions (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V) desirable High self-motivation, responsibility, structured working and team spirit Very good German knowledge and good English skills
