About the company

My client is an internationally established medium-sized company with high innovative strength and long-term orientation. The company continues to invest in the further development of its business processes as well as its modern IT and SAP landscape. It expects an economically stable environment, a long-term perspective and the opportunity to actively introduce its own ideas and to help shape sustainable changes You act as an interface between IT and HR and accompany the further development of the SAP personal systems used You analyse requirements from the fields and implement optimizations in the SAP-Customizing independently You ensure the stable operation of central HR processes and support the implementation of legal and organisational requirements You actively contribute to the digitalization of personal processes and accompany topics such as employee self services, reporting solutions and modern HR applications You support fault analyses, debugging and technical adjustments in the SAP environment and work closely with internal colleagues and external consulting partners

You have experience in the SAP HCM environment and bring appropriate process understanding in the personnel sector You have knowledge of SAP-Customizing and have ideally already collected points of contact with S/4HANA HCM (H4S4) or SuccessFactors You have a good technical understanding and have already gained experience in debugging, error analysis or ABAP-related adjustments You work structured, communicate safely with specialist areas and have the pleasure to translate requirements into technical solutions You have very good German and good English skills

Depending on the experience and qualifications, the annual target level is within a range of approx. € 75,000 to € 85,000 gross p.a.
