B2) – for documentation and handovers • Experience in reference care and long-term care • Reliability during multi-week or multi-month operations outside the residence

How clear is the daily shift in the home? Just at home we talk about early, late or night service and what is possible for your everyday life.

Can I enter a special care plan? We consider service requests as far as possible. What is concretely feasible is openly discussed with you.

How fast do I get? We will contact you with a first classification of your questions, possible areas of application and the next steps.

If the specific site is set in advance? Yes. Facility, location, period and essential framework conditions are coordinated with you before starting.

Who organizes the accommodation? biac agrees the accommodation with you, organizes it and takes over the full costs.
