The Schwarz IT KG is the central IT service provider for the selection, provision and operation as well as further development of IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In this way, the Schwarz IT provides IT services for both the Purchasing Country and Lidl as well as for the Black Service KG and the Black Central Services KG IT services. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up requirements of the specialist areas in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your tasks

• In the project as a business consultant, you are the interface between the departments of our trading divisions (Kaufland, Lidl), the contacts in the countries, the internal development department and external IT partners
• You conduct meetings with the fields of expertise and development through the development of requirements
• In cooperation with the specialist department, you evaluate the requirements regarding implementation, efficiency and optimization potentials
• You control requirements in the development process
• By testing and acceptance processes, you ensure the quality of the developed solutions in cooperation with the specialist department
• You train the departments and contact persons for user questions about the IT solutions responsible
• You continuously opt for IT solutions and thus ensure the smooth operation of processes and functions
• You are constantly developing our innovative digital solutions with your creativity and knowledge

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in business informatics, economics (ideally with the focus on trade) or a comparable study
• You have already gained first experience in international IT projects / in IT consulting (ideally with agile working methods and in the trade environment)
• You bring a high motivation and readiness
• You are ready to take responsibility in an international project from the outset
• You think analytically and manage to penetrate complex issues and solve problems quickly and structuredly
• You have good presentation and communication skills
• You have good knowledge of German and English
