Business Unit Manager - Bingen & Kirn (m/f/d)

Responsibility for sales and earnings for the associated locations Operational implementation of the aftermarket strategy as well as the implementation of the parts and services core process Operational management and control of subordinated units Discipline management of the operational ASR, service and parts team with personnel responsibility Report to management Tracking innovation trends, market development, customer needs and competitive activities in the sales area Budget planning and forecasting of service and parts key figures Planning and implementing effective investment activities to support the sustainable growth of the business unit Promoting the professional development of employees - identifying skills needs and creating a performance-oriented working environment Support for the incorporation of new employees and the training of all trainees Takeover of project and special tasks

Commercial or technical degree or comparable Multiannual professional experience within a leadership position in the commercial vehicle industry with pesonal responsibility High analytical understanding and very good computer knowledge Engaged, confident and trustworthy appearance Sales personality with very good communication capability Leadership and enforcement readiness and high personal commitment Very good oral and written German knowledge. Additional language skills (ideally English) of advantage
