Team Leader - Special Education Nurse / Nurse / Nurse / Geriatric Nurse / Occupational Therapist (m/f/d)

For 50 years we have been competent for people with a mental illness or mental disability in the Rhine-Neckar region. As an experienced service provider, we offer mainly social-psychiatric basic care, needs-based housing and assistance services, as well as services for participation in working life.

We are looking for a full-time or part-time (min. 80%) Senior Caregiver / Senior Caregiver (m/w/d)

for one of four groups as part of a special living form with a total of 124 seats at the Wiesloch site.

In our special housing, we accompany adult people with chronic mental illnesses in everyday life - from day structure and budget management to health care to social participation. We coordinate care and assistance services and promote self-employment. In addition to the staff-centric assistance in our decentralised housing and care services, the site also includes the management of a multi-professional team.

Technical and organisational management of the team Responsibility for the professional quality and the need-oriented provision of services for clients including crisis management Introduction to the team management function by the area management with gradual adoption of personnel responsibility and management tasks Personal responsibility and development, operational planning Organisation and implementation of clearing management: processing of recording requests, conducting initial and consulting talks and monitoring of the clearing course

A completed training in educational and/or nursing areas or a comparable degree desire for leadership responsibility, first leadership experiences are desirable, but no requirement Structural cooperative leadership combined with entrepreneurship High social competence, decision-making and resilience Experience in the care of people with mental disabilities Secure knowledge of social legislation or motivation to acquire it quickly Valid car driving permit
