Product Ownership M365 Establish a suitable information base for the analysis and design of the 365 environment based on continuous market observation, customer needs and evaluation of new methods, technologies and trends in the 365 environment Demand and requirement analysis, prioritization and planning of the migration of the existing environment to M365 Leading planning of the call and procurement of 365 subscriptions as well as corresponding consulting and service orders Planning, taxes and realisation of projects around the M365 platform Coordination and control of work processes In the context of life cycle assessment weakness analysis, detection of optimization potentials and implementation in optimization measures Monitoring the product life cycle and deriving appropriate measures and preparation of strategic decision templates Ensuring compliance with quality standards, schedules and budget requirements Responsibility for operation and further development of the Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration platform Development and maintenance of the overall architecture of the M365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Power Platform etc.) Assessment of new features, technologies and releases and their impact on system design and budgets Creation of technical concepts, standards and operating guidelines Ensuring the smooth operation of all M365 services including Monitoring, error analysis and escalation management Planning and implementation of upgrades, migrations and integration projects Automation of routine processes (e.g. using PowerShell or Power Automate) Implementation and continuous improvement of data protection, security and compliance requirements (Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, Information Protection etc.) Close cooperation with IT security to identify risks and derive measures Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, system overviews and operating processes Establishing best practices and ensuring high quality standards in operation Cooperation in the multi-team work organisation Organisation and implementation of meetings on strategic and operational topics With the help of design, introduction and, if necessary, Implementation of agile structures, processes, practices and tools With the help of the implementation of tools for planning and controlling work tasks at the management level and the interfaces and control tools between agile IT and customers Technical consulting of projects and departments in the introduction or optimization of M365 solutions Development and controlling of KPIs at project level and for the 365-based product portfolio

Complete university studies of computer science, business informatics, business engineer, IT management or comparable degree course with relevant, at least 10 years of professional experience in IT or IT service. Required special skills / special exams / qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience in the design, introduction and operation of Microsoft 365 environments Funded knowledge in Microsoft 365 and relevant services such as teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), role and rights concepts as well as identity management Confidence with security and compliance functions of the M365 Cloud Guidelines and basic knowledge of IT security (Zero Trust, Conditional Access, Identity & Access Management) Detectable experience in the migration/transformation and support of M365 projects (Modern Workplace, Collaboration, Digitization) Knowledge in PowerShell, Automation and Scripting German and English skills Required knowledge and qualifications Experience in building and managing an IT service unit Experiences in request analysis and in the production of specifications Experiences in agile and non-agile planning, creation and handling of backlogs, roadmaps, stakeholder management, sprint and release planning Experience in dealing with intune for device and app management Knowledge in ITSM/ITIL, Change/Release Processes and Service Management Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-900, MS-700, MS-102, SC-900) Very good knowledge of security, compliance and governance policies (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, Archiving) Relevant knowledge of data protection and information security
