Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d)

In the day care center, 66 children are accompanied and promoted together. The St. Joseph day care centre forms an important place of life and social space in the church.

The Catholic Church of St. Edith Stein is the carrier of 7 day care facilities in Marl and is looking for a dedicated and responsible person for the St. Joseph day care facility at the earliest possible time.

in accordance with the personnel agreement to the KiBiz.

The body is limited to one year. A transfer to an indefinite employment relationship is possible after the expiry of the period of grace.

Your tasks:

• Childcare, taking into account current educational and inclusive principles

• Parental work

• Participation in the implementation of the concept, quality assurance and the concept

• Interdisciplinary and cross-group cooperation

We expect:

• a completed training with state recognition as an educator, medical teacher, nurse or equivalent training

• Identification with the tasks, objectives and values of the Catholic institution

• the willingness to identify with our pedagogical concept and implement it in daily work

• Joy in working with children and parents

• Joy in team work
