Pedagogical Specialist/Supplementary Worker (m/f/d)

We are looking

For our Kita Colour Brewery in Menden, we are looking for a pedagogical specialist or supplementary power (m/w/d) for the full-time Ü3 area (35 hours a week), who would like to accompany and promote our Kita children with pleasure, fun and empathy.

Your tasks

• The education, education, care and monitoring of children in the Ü3 group and the management of educational documentation are your main tasks.
• You support your team in the planning, design and implementation of the pedagogical work according to our conception and the legal basis.
• You care and build educational and educational partnership with parents.
