Technical responsibility and planning You take responsibility for the professional planning and implementation of our electrotechnical projects – in particular in the fields of photovoltaics, electricity storage, charging infrastructure and classical electrical installation. Project planning and project management You plan projects from technical design to implementation, coordinate materials, employees and appointments and ensure that our construction sites are technically and organizationally clean. Personal responsibility and employee management You co-ordinate our electricians and engineers, distribute tasks and are professional contact for the team. You support our employees in technical issues and develop efficient workflows together with us. Quality assurance and technical standards You make sure that our installations are carried out according to the accepted rules of the technology, the applicable VDE regulations, manufacturer specifications and the requirements of the respective network operators. Testing and commissioning You accompany or are responsible for tests, measurements, commissioning and the technical documentation of our systems. Network operators and technical coordination You support technical queries, network connection concepts, measurement concepts and communication with network operators, manufacturers and other project participants. Technical customer consulting For more complex projects, you are a competent partner for our customers and develop technically and economically sensible solutions together with them. Further development of the company You actively contribute your experience and help develop our technical processes, standards and internal structures. You should not only work on tasks, but also get the opportunity to co-design the future orientation of free GmbH.

Master qualification You are an electric master, master of electrical engineering, or you have a comparable qualification that empowers you to take appropriate technical responsibility. Professional experience You have practical experience in electric crafts. Knowledge in the field of photovoltaics, storage technology and charging infrastructure is advantageous. Management competence You can initiate employees, make decisions and keep an overview in challenging situations. Planning strength You work structured and can not only think through construction sites and projects technically, but also organizationally.
