For a leading company with international focus and strong growth through strategic acquisitions, we are looking for a project manager*in (m/w/d) Integration M&A at the next possible time. In this key role, you take responsibility for planning, coordinating and implementing the integration of newly acquired companies. Your goal - ensure successful transitions and value creation. In this role, you control integration by clear responsibilities before and after closing. They coordinate cooperation and communication between different departments and ensure a structured implementation of integration measures. You identify key stakeholders at local and group level and take over the central interface function throughout the M&A process.

Location: Cologne, Bonn, Essen, Dortmund, Frankfurt am Main

Planning, control and implementation of integration projects after business purchases from analysis to complete integration. Coordination of cross-functional teams and stakeholders within the group and at market level. Development and implementation of comprehensive integration plans including time planning, milestone management and target tracking. Coordination with IT, marketing and external services, in particular for the harmonisation of systems and processes. Ensuring a smooth transition with focus on business continuity, employee retention and synergy effects. Implementation of post-Merger analyses to continuously improve the integration approach.

Successfully completed economic studies or comparable qualification Relevant experience in project management, ideally related to M&A transactions Funded business understanding and knowledge in the field of post-Merger integration Very good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; Treatable English readiness to travel within Germany High level of self-responsibility, analytical thinking and strong communication skills
