Technical system planner in calculation with a focus on electrical engineering (m/f/d)

You'll first determine the quantity based on planning documents and BIM models You work out performance directories according to VOB, keep them up and support them in tendering and awarding processes for electrotechnical plants You carry out the technical initial design of TGA's electrical equipment and support the technical planning in the performance phases 1 to 7 of the HOAI You can check planning documents for feasibility, cost-effectiveness and completeness, evaluate contractor and supplier offers, and manage cost calculations as well as budget determinations with You are the interfaces between electrical engineering, MSR, HLSK and architecture and supports the further development of technical standards and planning requirements

You have completed a training as a technical system planner (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d) or a study of electrical engineering or technical building equipment You have experience in the planning or execution of electrical installations You bring knowledge in the creation of performance directories, quantity determinations and in the handling of CAD and AVA systems with You know the HOAI, VOB as well as relevant DIN standards and work structured, analytical and economical Ideally you have knowledge of BIM, Revit, DDS-CAD or AutoCAD as well as iTWO, Orca AVA, KNX, BACnet or building automation
