Your tasks – You make the difference with us: You are strategically developing the procurement strategy for gas and electricity, making it a future-proof energy supply. You are responsible for the forecast of our electricity and gas consumption and accompany the introduction of energy risk management. You implement the procurement strategy and control our electricity and gas portfolio – from the definition of procurement times to quantities and products to short, medium and long-term decisions. You market the electricity generated by yourself and take responsibility for our balance sheets of electricity and gas. You manage schedule, balance sheet and EEG processes as well as the billing of additional and minor quantities. You build IT and business processes, define them and ensure smooth interfaces to sales and to our plants, such as power plants. In perspective, you support us in the development of new marketing options and business models, for example in the area of flexibility of heat pumps, photovoltaics, tenant power and end customer supply. Your profile – This is what you enthuse us: You have a degree in energy management or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in energy trading, especially in electricity and gas wholesale. You know the market environment well and have leadership skills. You work customer- and service-oriented, take responsibility with Ownership Mindset and have good process knowledge as well as an understanding of operational processes. Your way of working is structured, targeted and customer-oriented, and you think and trade entrepreneurial. You are strong in communication and can communicate safely with different target groups.
