Operational advice and support of executives and employees in all personal topics Provision of operational and practical support for management in order to achieve the desired performance objectives Responsibility for personnel procurement, development and integration Description Operational advice and support for executives and employees in all personal topics (such as performance management, learning & development initiatives, time recording, attendance monitoring, etc.) Provision of operational and practical support for management in order to achieve the desired performance targets, in particular with regard to personnel costs, staff levels, productivity and related KPIs. Responsibility for personnel acquisition, development and retention as well as for payroll Ensuring compliance with labour law regulations, standards and internal controls Ensuring good working relationships between employees, management of industrial relations (in the factory) and building strong relations with trade unions Optimization of HR processes and systems Cooperation with external partners and service providers as required In this position you are part of the local (work) management team

Successfully completed studies in the field of human resources management, BWL or a related area - and/or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, ideally acquired in a manufacturing company Knowledge of labour law, human resources development and HR processes Experience in the development and implementation of HR strategies Safe handling of HR software and the MS Office package German and English knowledge in word and writing Intercultural competence / Safe handling and enforcement of employees and external parties A solution-oriented way of thinking and the ability to set priorities
