Controller DACH (m/f/d)

In your role, you act as a link between management, operational units and accounting. The following activities are your tasks: Reporting & Analysis: Competent compilation of monthly reports and analyses for the management and implementation of sound ad hoc and special analyses. System and process optimization: Active development and automation of our existing reporting landscape. Strategic planning: Creating sound business cases and complex scenario calculations as a reliable basis for decision-making for new projects and investments. Budgeting & Forecasting: Significant participation in the annual budget process and ensuring financial transparency through regular forecasts and bills. Business Partnering: You act as a competent Sparring partner for the management as well as our operational executives and accompany them with your finance expert. Quality assurance: In close coordination with financial accounting, you ensure excellent data quality and transparent processes.

Qualification: You have a successfully completed economic studies (focus on finance/controlling) or a comparable qualification. Experience: You bring multi-year relevant professional experience in controlling, accounting or consulting. Personality & Mindset: A pronounced hands-on mentality characterizes you. You understand yourself as an internal service provider and consultant and do not hesitate to coordinate different projects independently. IT & AI competence: An absolutely safe handling of MS Excel is of course for you. In addition, you have first experiences with BI tools and have great interest in using modern AI tools in finance everyday life.
