Completion of wage and salary bills as well as cooperation with all necessary interfaces Accounting of travel costs and credit cards settlement of reporting and certification and correspondence with authorities and social security institutions Contact person for social insurance and wage tax issues Maintenance and management of electronic personnel master files Management of the time economy, creation of employee IDs including access controls Active participation in exciting projects, such as digitalization, introduction of a travel cost software, eAU etc. Statistics and Monthly Reporting

Successfully completed commercial training, such as industrial clerk, office clerk, tax specialist, etc. Professional experience in payroll accounting Knowledge of financial accounting Safe handling of MS Office applications Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured and precise working and engagement Motivation for independent takeover of tasks as well as reliability and trustworthiness in dealing with numbers and data
