Systems engineer/architect for weapon systems (m/f/d)

In your role, You are responsible for the system design and integration of weapons systems for submarines. You are responsible for creating request and order specifications, as well as the technical support of the purchase. You agree to technical interfaces with other systems. The planning and execution of interface tests, system tests, reviews and design training is your responsibility. You control the suppliers and act as professional contact for internal and external customers in Germany and abroad.

You bring a completed study of engineering in the field of electrical engineering/communication technology, mechatronics, IT or physics. Ideally, you have been able to earn several years of professional experience at the Navy. You have a good affinity for maritime electronics, preferably in the field of technical engineering and are safe to use common MS Office applications. Knowledge in the field of weapons technology is desirable. You are characterized by conceptual and system-oriented thinking, joy in teamwork and intercultural competence. Self-confident, self-confident action, as well as a high commitment and very good English knowledge complete your profile. You are willing to attend on occasional missions.
