We are looking for you as a welding specialist (m/w/d) for work preparation by means of direct personnel exchange. The place must be filled in full time with the possibility of a four-day week.

They accompany technically demanding orders in close coordination with sales and production. The creation and integration of welding sequence plans in production orders is your responsibility. Existing admissions are monitored by you and extended as required. They advise and support specialist departments on quality and welding topics. Training and training for employees are organised and carried out by you. They plan production orders taking into account optimal machine occupancy in terms of cost-effectiveness, quality and delivery date. In addition, you will work on machine and layer occupancy plans to efficiently control capacity utilisation and future needs.

You have a degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on materials technology or comparable training. A qualification as European Welding Engineer or Welding Engineer will bring you with you. Experience in thin sheet welding, in particular with stainless steel in material thicknesses of 1-3 mm, is advantageous. They have knowledge of the relevant regulations, such as AD 2000, Printing Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, ISO 3834-2 and ZfP procedures according to DIN EN 9712.
