Project Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Planning and coordination of project-specific measures to ensure the quality of delivery items with the project team Own organisation of QM-relevant activities and the creation, control and monitoring of QM-specific documents in the project Function as “Single Point of Contact” for customers, project management, suppliers, etc. Technical leadership of the project team in quality issues Support in the implementation of project-internal audits

Technical expertise in shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or computer science as well as several years of practical experience and ideally a successfully completed study Team orientation and joy in collaborative work, combined with high design and management competence; an IPMA certificate or comparable proof of project management qualifications is desirable Healthy self-confidence and pronounced communication skills as well as good German and English skills Safe handling of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, EN 9100, AQAP 2120, AQAP 2210, AQAP 2310) and their application Own initiative in implementing plans and the flexibility to improvise agile in unexpected deviations
