You assume the overall responsibility for the strategic planning, control and successful implementation of track construction and superstructure projects in order to realize innovative mobility solutions You actively coordinate the cooperation of internal project teams, machine personnel, downstream companies and external partners You ensure the implementation of deadline, cost and quality requirements as well as all safety-relevant regulations You conduct contract management, including post-subscription processing, and conduct negotiations with clients and authorities to achieve optimal results You accompany the use of machine technology and construction methods in track and superstructure and contribute to the further development of the processes You recognize potential for improvement, implement process optimizations to proactively support the growth of our company

Master / Technicians (m/w/d) in the technical field or studies in industrial or civil engineering – ideally civil engineering Finding experiences in project management track construction or track maintenance required Funded technical understanding of track construction and construction processes Impressed leadership and communication skills and organisational skills Safe handling of project management tools and cost management High quality awareness and ability to control complex processes High readiness for travel in Germany (about 50%) and driving licence class B required Very good German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (B1)
