Whether as a customer advisor*in Investment & Precaution (w/m/d) with a lot or little experience: We are looking for you for our branch in Berlin! You help customers to make their money consciously and effectively – in line with GLS Bank's values. With your advice, you create orientation, explain relationships in a comprehensible way and ensure a trusting, positive customer experience. In doing so, you think of concern, process it as directly as possible and keep it up to date as needed – and so actively contribute to the flow of money into meaningful, sustainable projects. The following tasks await you: Consultation with meaning and effect: You help customers not only create their money, but consciously use it for a sustainable future. In the consultation, you create orientation, explain connections in a comprehensible way, and make a positive, trusting experience. Enable sustainable investment: You authenticate the values and modes of action of GLS Bank and show how money makes social, ecological and economic changes possible. Learning & further development: You develop professionally and personally and continuously develop your knowledge about sustainable financial issues. At the same time, you bring your own ideas and actively shape the further development in the team. Community & Commitment: You support events and enter the store life to make GLS Bank experienceable. In the team you take responsibility and contribute to an open, value-adding collaboration.

Ideally, for this task you bring: A professional training and first experience in customer consulting. Real interest in how money can work sustainably, as well as a good understanding of economic relationships. Joy in advising people, listening and making complex topics understandable. Curiosity, readiness to learn and the desire to develop you professionally and personally. Ideally, first knowledge of investment or precautionary topics – or the motivation to work on you specifically here.

Join us! This position is between 43,000 and a yearly income EUR 58,000 plus possible monthly social and local supplements. Specifically, depending on the scope of the job, this means up to €295 for each dependent child and €65 for the local activity at our location in Berlin extra.
