Contact person on site for customer, table guest and employees Guided tour and business management of the entire gastronomy area Responsibility for purchasing, food planning, budget keeping, goods use, cash accounts and accounting leadership of the team on site including service planning, holiday planning and time recording Planning and implementation of customer events Ensuring HACCP policies and all quality standards Further development of the operating restaurant and orientation of the offer at the wishes of the table guests Responsibility as head of kitchen, location manager and host on site

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Experience as a chef, chef, chef or business manager in gastronomy Ideally experience in shared meals, in-house gastronomy, kitchen or canteen Passion for good food and real hospitality Joy of employee management and business responsibility High quality standards and structured working methods Entrepreneurship and desire to lead a location independently
