Your duties include: Technical clarification and optimization of façade constructions in all phases of performance from tender processing to tendering and awarding up to the execution phase Technical and contractual support of contractors in the area of the building envelope Cost determination by self-calculations and price enquiries for contractors and suppliers Announcement and award of façade construction services Date and cost tracking for the services of the building envelope to be supervised Coordination of planning between architects:inside, after-contractors:inside, builders and specialist planners:inside Processing of the projects is largely model-based (BIM) - the corresponding further qualification is offered by us

Completed studies for:to civil engineer:in, preferably with the specializations statics, steel construction, building physics, material science, façade technology, or metal construction technicians:in with corresponding additional qualification Knowledge in the field of MS-Office and ideally in a billing and calculation program (e.g. RIB iTWO, logic) Including professional experience in the area of the building envelope or the facade structures Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Teamability, Responsibility and Quality Consciousness as well as an independent and dedicated way of working complete your profile
