You can support our team in recruiting, personal marketing, training support and personnel development, thereby gaining exciting insights into the acquisition and development of our talents.

• Accompanying Recruiting Process: You support us in the complete Recruiting Lifecycle, from the first speech to onboarding • Development of personal marketing & recruiting activities: participation in the optimization and implementation of our recruiting and personal marketing activities • Create and update content: Responsibility for the creation and optimization of HR content on our communication platforms and social media channels • Organize Recruiting Events: Organization and Implementation of Fairs and Events • Co-design of the employer brand: Active participation in the further development of our employer brand and support in the implementation of creative campaigns • Personal development: cooperation on current projects in human resources development, e.g. on corporate culture, competence models, talent management and organization, pre- and post-processing of potential analysis processes, workshops and training

• Registered student in the higher semester with a focus on staff, psychology, business management or a comparable degree programme • Time to support us for 3 to 6 months as part of an internship (even as a compulsory internship) and then as a student (w-m-d) • Self-organized, structured and reliable working methods as well as distinct organizational skills • Communication strength, curiosity and the ability to put ideas into practice • Enthusiasm for HR topics around the acquisition and development of talents • Affinity for digital tools and content
