Our client is a portfolio company of a German medium-sized company from the energy sector Professional and disciplinary leadership of a small team of 2-4 RTDs Total responsibility for financial and accounting Self-creating the timely and qualitatively higher-quality monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and tax law Monitoring and correction of project cost and performance accounting incl. Pre- and post-calculations from controlling perspective Strategic and operational management of the company's key figures as well as budget and liquidity planning (company level as well as project level) Close cooperation with management in business decisions

Complete business studies, successful training for the IHK-Bilanzbuchhalter or a comparable qualification Knowledge of accounting, accounting (HGB) and controlling Insufficient professional experience in the production of annual accounts, project controlling and liquidity planning First successes as part of a leading commercial function and/or responsibility of individual projects Experts and pre-experiences from industries such as construction, infrastructure, machine and plant construction, garden and landscape construction or research and development Safe handling of common accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel) German (C1-C2 level) + English (B1-B2 level) Structured, self-responsive working and strong entrepreneurial thinking
