Become part of our team and help us fly as part of the AI Competence Center our AI strategy and the implementation of innovative AI use cases: Steering strategic AI and digitization initiatives: You control selected strategic AI projects from the structured assessment to the decision on piloting and production, and coordinate the participating departments, IT units and control functions. You can create the conditions to establish innovative solutions in the company in a sustainable manner. Design AI governance & regulatory compliance: You coordinate the classification of relevant requirements with the relevant control functions and ensure that innovation and compliance are consistent. Communication & Enablement: You prepare complex technical and technical issues for addressing, convey knowledge about AI and digitalization and create acceptance for new technologies and changes. Stakeholder management: As a communicative bridge builder, you connect specialist areas, IT and management. With your persuasive power, you bring different interests together and successfully promote strategic digitization issues. Technology Scouting & Innovation Management: You test and evaluate the relevant market and technology trends around AI, digitalization and data management. You evaluate new technologies with regard to their potential for the dwpbank and derive strategic recommendations for action. Advising and enabling innovation: As a Sparring Partner of our departments, you identify digitalization potentials, moderate workshops and develop innovative solutions for professional challenges and new products. coordinate data & architecture requirements: You accompany the collection of architecture and data requirements with the relevant stakeholders and support the development of data-based processes and our digital platforms.

You have successfully completed your studies in a course relevant to the position, ideally focusing on digitization, innovation or artificial intelligence. You bring together several years of experience in innovation management, consulting, and digital transformation, and you have well-founded knowledge in the areas of artificial intelligence, digitalization and data-based processes. You are familiar with governance and regulatory requirements in the AI environment and can ideally gain experience in the financial or banking environment. You ideally have a good understanding of data management and data science concepts. A pronounced IT affinity, basic programming knowledge and first experiences with cloud platforms such as AWS are a plus. You have knowledge of German (C1) and knowledge of English (C1). You convince by your strong communication strength, empathy and the ability to gain different stakeholders, even at management level, for new ideas and changes. You quickly analyze complex relationships, think networked and prepare results as well as decision templates for addressing and convincing.
