For Human Resources we are looking for a limited period for 18 months

HR Project Manager (m/w/d)* HR Systems and Transformation. Control and support of HR, IT and transformation projects Analysis, optimization and digitization of HR and business processes Development of specialist concepts, solutions and decision bases Planning and control of project budgets, resources, dates and risks Professional leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams Control of internal and external project partners and service providers Cooperation with management, departments, IT and works council Accompanying change management and transformation processes Advising executives on HR systems, digitalization and organisational development Creation of project reports, management presentations and decision templates Ensuring knowledge transfer and sustainable implementation of project results

Successfully completed university studies, e.g. in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a comparable subject Multiannual professional experience in project management, ideally in the HR or IT environment Knowledge in HR processes, HR systems, digitalization and change management Experience in controlling transformation and implementation projects Knowledge of budget, resource and risk management Designed analytical, conceptual and organizational skills Self-employed, structured and result-oriented work Safe occurrence and team skills and enforcement
