As a Continuous Improvement Manager:with a focus on project management, you are the central contact person for our project management standards: You develop the methods, processes and formats used in the field of projects. You develop, care and optimise project management methods, standards, templates and tools and support the continuous development of the project management governance as well as the associated rules and requirements in the field of projects as a central expert. You advise and support project teams, project management and specialist areas in methodological questions and promote consistent application and development of project management standards in project practice. You are responsible for the planning, organisation and methodological support of project reviews as well as maturity testing and prepare the results for decision-making and control bodies.
