Commercial project management in construction management (m/f/d)

You take over the commercial project management, including project controlling for new and refurbishment measures, in close cooperation with the respective technical project management and department management. In addition, you will work independently as an interface between customers and contractors in the planning dialogue for project design and regular updating and are the first respondent for the customer. You are responsible for controlling and reporting during the planning and implementation phase and follow the project objectives with regard to costs, dates and qualities. In addition, you are responsible for the refinancing management within the projects and are a contact person within the BLB NRW You process change management, including coordination and refinancing agreement, in accordance with technical project responsibility In addition, you are responsible for the project's medium-flow planning and control and contribute to project-related risk management.

You can provide a completed (special) university degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the fields of real estate management, economics, architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering construction or a comparable subject. Further requirements: You bring several years of professional experience, ideally in the construction/ real estate industry Your business expertise as well as your safe moderation and presentation skills are characterized Your profile is rounded off by your special analysis and strategy skills, organizational talent and team spirit In dealing with common Microsoft Office applications and ideally SAP you are familiar You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) You have a class B driver's license and the willingness to travel in NRW

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 11 payment group to the E 12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
