Control of personnel use with our customers and implementation of the defined recruitment strategy Close exchange with stakeholders and decision-makers to fill open positions Viewing and evaluating incoming applications according to customer requirements Creation of detailed plans and reports and coordination of contracting in employee transfer Optimization of recruiting processes and identification of new recruiting channels Conducting interviews with candidates (phone and personal) Supporting contract partners and ensuring smooth processes

Completed studies or professional training (e.g. personnel service businessman/wife). Professional experience in personnel services, especially on-site management. Structured, analytical and solution-oriented methods. Very good communication and presentation skills. Very good knowledge of German and good English. Joy in cooperation with people and team skills
