As an IT Management Consultant - Insurance (m/w/d), you actively shape – with market sense, clear solutions and real implementation strength. Responsibility for earnings and growth in new and established customers, you will be happy to take on topics in your own initiative and thus shape our insurance area.

You are building our insurance business on our own, identifying market opportunities and developing market-relevant solutions at the interface of business and IT You use and expand your network to relevant stakeholders and build sustainable customer relationships You are structuring, negotiating and closing complex contracts (Festpreis, XaaS, value-based) – with a clear focus on value contribution and partnership You design integrated business and IT solutions, answer specialist/IT architecture and implementation design and carry out complex transformation projects You take full delivery, quality and outcome responsibility, shape powerful teams and guide them – with a perspective on substantial P&L management and thought leadership in the market

After your studies in business or IT, you have collected at least five years of consulting experience in the insurance industry – consistently at the center of business and IT You bring deep process understanding in the insurance context and show pronounced technological curiosity You have a loadable track record: Responsibility for transformation/IT programs – from opportunity to successful delivery and result You have a strong network in the insurance market and create independent opportunities that you transfer to sustainable mandates You want to act entrepreneurially with clear ownership, want to lead big transformations and think market, solution and implementation from a casting
