Nurse for the Psychiatric Acute Care Unit PAEG (m/f/d)

Psychiatric acute care means to professionally accompany people when You are in a particularly challenging and crisis-like situation. We connect security, therapeutic relationship design and modern psychiatric care at our protected PAEG acute station. Our station has 34 acute beds, which are integrated into an acute area and a subacute area. This allows us to accompany our patients in a differentiated manner according to their current individual situation and their treatment needs and to make the transition from the acute crisis intervention to more stability targeted. A special focus of our work is on professional and deescalating handling of psychiatric crisis situations. As part of the ISO Change project, two deescalation rooms were comprehensively redesigned in 2025. You support a modern deescalation concept and create a suitable framework for being able to accompany people safely, respectfully and as attractively as possible even in highly strained situations. Our goal is a psychiatric acute care that combines security and protection with relationship, respect and maximum self-determination. We are looking forward to team players with completed training for/for health and (children) nursing staff:in, nursing staff / nursing staff and/or university degree in the dual bachelor's programme Care. Psychiatric professional experience is desirable, but not a prerequisite – professional beginners are also welcome. Fair and transparent remuneration according to our contract TVöD/VKA (€ 50,300 - € 62,600). The specific grouping within this range depends on qualifications and professional experience.
