Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d)

ID: REF853U We offer assistance for 13 clients of the special form of residence and about 30 clients in the representative housing, which we accompany in person-centred in open dialogue. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a pedagogical specialist or alternatively a nursing specialist.

You take the tasks as a coordinating reference for people with mental disabilities and addiction. You promote the independence of the clientele through individual, life-structural and promotional/psycheducative care according to the current participation planning and our conception. You take the lead in the participation planning of your reference client. You work closely together with our cooperation partners in the joint-psychiatric association. You enter the clientele in the special living form at least one weekend a month (8:00 to 16:12).

You are a social pedagogue or you alternatively have a completed training as an educator, a curative nurse or a nursing professional. You want to gain experience in the care of people with mental disabilities and addiction diseases? You want to share your professional and personal commitment with us in the team and with our clientele? Are you enriching our team with communication skills and decision-making pleasure? You like to work independently and you can flexibly adjust to new questions of our clients? You have no experience with the control instrument of participation planning (PIT), but PC skills (MS Office)? Then we'll show you what it takes. You have a passenger car license? Great, then our client is happy to be in the car with you.
