Grouping of the site Depending on the qualification and professional experience, the job offers maximum possibilities of development up to the pay group 13 TV-V (Tarif contract utilities).

Strategy & Innovation: You continuously develop the framework conditions and structures for our energy trading and security activities. These include the introduction of innovative commercial products as well as the independent implementation of our market strategy – always with regard to yield and risk. Leadership & Coordination: As a manager, you take over the leadership of a dedicated team with 5-6 employees. You coordinate interfaces to the fields of production, distribution and market success and ensure smooth cooperation. Responsibility & development: You are responsible for the entire supply of energy and marketing within the SWK group, including CO2-certificate trading and manage the port films. In addition, you actively drive the digitalization and further development of the IT infrastructure in your area of responsibility.

Complete master's degree in energy, business or economics, engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in energy trading or portfolio management – ideally in a local environment Practical experience with hedging strategies for electricity and gas markets Leadership experience with clear communication and implementation strength EEX dealer license desirable Extensive knowledge of energy-economic risk management, high IT affinity and excellent English skills
